Charter FAQs

Charters

To book a charter, please contact us first to verify a charter is possible on the date and at the time you would like. At that time we can answer questions and discuss your plans.

Once availability is confirmed to book a charter, we need a signed contract from you and your deposit. (No deposit required for school charters)

A representative from the railroad will send you a contract and a charter is not confirmed on the railroad calendar until a contract and deposit is received.

Contracts are here for your review but must be completed by a representative of the railroad:
• Charter Contract (non-Dinner Train)
• Dining Train Contract (Dinner, Lunch, Box Lunch)

You may mail the contract to us, or scan and attach to an email message. We can take your deposit over the phone using a credit card or you may mail a check.
Email: charters@easttroyrr.org

For Dinner Train Charters, we must have a verbal commitment four weeks in advance, the contract and deposit three weeks in advance, and your final numbers, menu choice, and entree choices two weeks before your charter.

*Note: Prices and availability are NOT guaranteed if not booked at time of inquiry.
