Charters |
To book a charter, please contact us first to verify a charter is possible on the date and at the time you would like. At that time we can answer questions and discuss your plans -- call 262-642-3263 or email [email protected].
Once availability is confirmed to book a charter, we need a signed contract from you and your deposit. (No deposit required for school charters)
A representative from the railroad will send you a contract. A charter is not confirmed on the railroad calendar until a signed contract and deposit are received.
Contracts are here for your review but must be completed by a representative of the railroad:
You may mail the contract to us, or scan and attach to an email. We can take your deposit over the phone using a credit card or you may mail a check. Email: [email protected]
For Dinner Train Charters, we must have a verbal commitment four weeks in advance, the contract and deposit three weeks in advance, and your final headcount, menu choice, and entree choices two weeks before your charter.
