If your child(ren) are too young to receive a gift, they do not need a ticket.
Our magical ride will take you a half hour from our East Troy Depot (2002 Church Street, East Troy, WI) to Santa's workshop located at the Elegant Farmer. Here children can visit Santa and get a photo taken with the jolly elf himself! Santa's workshop wouldn't be complete without a craft project and some hot chocolate and cookies to enjoy after working on those crafts! The trolleys will be heated and bathrooms are available in our East Troy Depot.
Boarding is only done at our East Troy Depot and advance reservations are recommended. Trains leave the Elegant Farmer to return guests to East Troy on the hour from 10am - 3pm. Child tickets are needed for those children old enough to receive a gift.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, all ticket sales are final.
Bring a non-perishable food item with each member of your party and receive a 10% discount on tickets at our Depot. All donated items benefit the East Troy Food Pantry. Tickets may be purchased ahead of time at full price to reserve your seats. We will be happy to refund the 10% off of your order when you turn in your food items at a later time.
Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis. Our depot opens at 8:30am.
Tickets can be purchased online (below) or in our depot on Saturdays and Sundays through the duration of our Christmas Trains. If you would prefer to purchase tickets over the phone, please leave a message with us by calling 262-642-3263. A volunteer will get back to you within two days.
Our volunteers appreciate your interest and support!
The Museum rides are for demonstration purposes only. It is not a common-carrier passenger operation. We do not sell one-way tickets. While we make every possible effort to serve our patrons, due to the nature of vintage railroad equipment, we reserve the right to alter operations at any time.
