Wine Courses:
Course One
VIV Sparkling
Crisp, clean, and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. Intense flavors of apple, pear, mandarin and lemon zest lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.
Served with gorgonzola stuffed jumbo shrimp wrapped with smokey bacon; bed of arugula
Course Two
Meiomi Sauvignon Blanc
This bright and lively California wine opens with zesty citrus, dewy grass, and tropical aromas. Beautifully balanced flavors of lemon, guava, and ripe pineapple unfold to reveal a fresh and elegant profile.
Served with heirloom tomato bruschetta crostini
Course Three
Unknown Author Chardonnay
This Monterey region Chardonnay has a smooth mouthfeel with a balanced hint of acidity which is brought to the palette with its rich flavor notes of bright lemon, apple and vanilla.
Served with grilled apple butter pork medallions, buttered crostini
Course Four
Archetype Pinot Noir
Plush and velvety mouthfeel with rich flavors of fresh strawberry, plum, and black cherry finished with soft notes of chocolate, spicy clove, and vanilla
Served with an antipasto board~ Marinated vegetables, caprese skewers, peppered salami roses, Hill Valley cheese, artisan crackers, roasted nuts
Course Five
Cooper & Thief Red Blend
This is a dark and jammy red blend loaded with bourbon-inspired flavors and aromas. Aging for three months in ex-bourbon barrels gives way to soft velvety
tannins with a subtle heat. The combined result is a rich flavor with a long, lingering finish
Served with a black forest brownie, vanilla mousse, Door County cherry garnish
Note that this does NOT include a full dinner -- consider having dinner afterwards in one of the many fine restaurants in East Troy.
