Maintaining a century-old railroad and over 25 railroad cars take a lot of time and money! The East Troy Railroad Museum requires your help and support in our efforts to preserve and protect Wisconsin's last interurban railway and our many pieces of historic railway equipment. There are many ways to support us, including, but not limited to, becoming a member, volunteering your time, and, of course, donating money and assets.

What do we spend money on? The restoration and maintenance of our numerous trolley cars, upgrades and repairs to our several historic buildings, and repair of our historic track, crossings, and overhead wire are among our many expenses!
Every donation is appreciated! For more information about donating, contact us at 262-642-3263.

Endowment Fund
While the Museum's operating income covers normal operations, maintaining the infrastructure (track and overhead wire), buildings (Depots, Car Barns...), car restorations, and educational programs would not be possible without our generous donors. For more information about the endowment or how donations are used please contact us at 262-642-3263.
The Endowment Program allows you to give a donation that will sustain the Museum in perpetuity through interest earnings. The East Troy Railroad Museum Endowment Funds are held by the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin. If you are interested in supporting our Endowment Fund, checks should be made out to: The Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin and on the memo line: East Troy Railroad Museum Endowment Fund and mailed to: Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin P.O. Box 8125 Janesville, WI 54547-8125 Please consider a monthly donation to this fund. Donations in any amount are greatly appreciated! Your donations make sure we are able to make improvements that will help us in our goal to Make Memories that Last a Lifetime! Gifts of stock and other assets can also be made, and many choose to support our endowment through their wills and estate plans. Please contact CFSW CEO Wyatt Jackson at 608-758-0883. |
