PST 164, built by J. G. Brill in 1927 and originally numbered 64.

164 is undergoing heavy restoration in the East Troy Shop. It is shown here in its later Philadelphia days, after the street-loading steps, center high-level doors and trolley poles have been removed.  The steps and poles  will be restored when the car is completed.

Restoration of 164 is ongoing; much of the work is currently focused on the interior, with the ceiling having been completed and many of the fixtures installed.  Window work is also underway, prior to exterior repainting, which is scheduled for summer 2001.  The roof now has a new canvas stretched over it.
