TMER&L locomotive L-8 returns to East Troy Yard during Railfan weekend, September, 1999 after making one of its passenger-carrying round trips. Behind it are L-9 and line car D-23, part of the rotation of this special event.
L-8 now carries its plow year-round in its maintenance-of-way role.
